- Department of Disabilities, Aging & Independent Living (DAIL), assists seniors to live as independently as possible.
- St. Johnsbury Senior Meal Site / Meals on Wheels - Serving delicious hot lunches every weekday at its St. Johnsbury House location and delivering many meals on wheels to area seniors. 802-748-5467. See them on Facebook.

- Visiting Nurse Association - Provides a wide range of high-quality care for people of all ages, with acute and long-term illnesses.
