Welcome to the Good Living Senior Center!
Established over forty years ago, the Good Living Senior Center is a gathering place for all folks over 50 years of age in the Northeast Kingdom. Our Center is a place for them to participate in stimulating and enjoyable activities that enhance their lives. They can look forward to being creative, engaged and joyful, continuing to practice the good living skills they have learned over the years.
At Good Living you can spend time with friends, share what you know and learn something new, join a discussion group, see a movie, take a Tai Chi or fitness class, play bingo, bridge or cribbage, attend a lecture, go on a trip, join in holiday celebrations and special events, and more!
We are conveniently located in the elegantly refurbished St. Johnsbury House on Main Street,
close to the St. Johnsbury Athenaeum and Fairbanks Museum.
Office hours: Monday 10:30- 3:30 —-Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9-2 PM.
The St. Johnsbury Senior Meal Site, our sister organization, also has its home at the St. Johnsbury House, serving delicious hot lunches and a salad bar every weekday.
All area seniors are welcome to come for an activity and a nutritious meal and to get a taste of all the good living that goes on here.
