- REIKI CLINIC - Wednesday, Sept. 17, at 2:00 p.m. - Through gentle touch, this Japanese healing art relieves physical & mental fatigue, reduces stress and chronic pain. Free and open to all ages.
- ROBERT FROST DISCUSSION - Tuesday, Sept.23, at 1:00 p.m. - Peter Gilbert delves into the poet's life & work.

Regular Weekly Activities
- SEATED TAP DANCE CLASS - Mondays at 10 a.m. with Darcy LaPointe is a great way to get your exercise and is always open to new people. $2 per class is requested
- GROCERY BINGO - happens every Monday at 1:00 p.m. $2 for 4 cards. Please bring a grocery item or two or a "special." Coffee & cake break is only 25 cents
- "PLAYER-FRIENDLY" BRIDGE - Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m. - Sheila Long instructs duplicate bridge. Good fun, excellent brain exercise, and "high tea." $1 requested
- CRIBBAGE CLUB - Wednesdays from 1-3:00 p.m. - in the Library

- TAI CHI -Free classes every Monday & Thursday at 8:30 a.m. Gentle body and mind practice promoting health, strength, mobility, balance, stamina, and relaxation. All welcome! Please call 748-8470 to register.
